What happens if we are not happy with our order?
This rarely happens, but if for some reason you are unhappy with your order we want to know about it so we may improve your experience and enjoy our smoked fish. Please contact us during normal business hours as we will process these on a case by case basis.
What do we do if our shipping box has been compromised?
If your shipping box has been compromised please take pictures of the damage and where it has compromised your order. This will help us to report to the carrier and getting a new order shipped. Please email pictures to email@example.com with the subject line “Compromised Order”. You may also call us during normal business hours.
